Okay, let me noob this up a bit. What is the difference between Mod and Admin? Does he have to start supporting Man United now or something?

A moderator moderates threads and posts that are in the forum he/she looks after (makes sure no rules are broken).
An administrator has the power to dot his also, but the real job is more about the back end of the board. It involves setting user permissions, user groups, creating/deleting forums, forum permissions, etc.

Sure, I may have to ban people (hopefully many Arsenal fans and Guillermo), but that is all part of the job.
