Hey can somebody help me??

If i want to combining faces like this...
I want D. fernandez his face from portugal end Altintop his hair for Ruud Van Nistelrooy.
But if i copyed fernandez his face and then Copyed Altintop, Then fernandez his face is gone.
How can I do this??? Please help??

Copy Altintop over Fernandez then default everything except hair then copy Fernandez over van Nistelrooy.
