And what's up with that sometimes my player says he understands i will convert him, but the week after - same player same position, he starts whining! Then one week after it's suddenly okay again and so forth. ridiculous

I don't care what they say, everytime someone complains they are being played out of position, I just say I am converting you.
It actually annoys me it takes ages to convert - you have to try playing them in that position every match or most matches for a period of time. If he plays that position every time, it'll probably take 1 season (My guess)
For me it happened after 5-6 seasons to convert de bruyne to dmf as he didn't fit with my 2 dmf formation which I use to play against 'possession game' teams so I had to play him there as he is one of my star players. He whined but his affection was still 4 bars. Depending on their teamwork, they lose affection slowlier

Anyone has any advice regarding a decent striker? I have played 4 seasons so far, and i dare to say that i will probably compete in CL next season, since i'm 1st with 8 matches to go - and i have to get rid of Berg and Bendtner since they're absolutely shite for some reason.
He can not be more than 25 years old and no smaller than 180 cm.
I've been trying to sign Toivonen and sigthorsson, but they're club loyality is maximum, so it's impossible. Therefore i may have to move a bit away from my concept of only signing north european players.

Try Shane Long, he's quick and fast and can finish and get behind defences. Also another cheap striker is Hasan Kabze as he is similar to Long but cheaper. He is a bit older than Long but he is great for under-average team

^ Jeez thanks for the many advice guys. How ever Berg suddenly started scoring again, so i may not need a striker after all. But we'll see in 7 matches time.

Damn, I need a cheap young goalkeeper as Lothar is out injured in my default squad for 3 months! I only have Ahmet and he has to play when he is on a purple arrow as my other keeper apart from Lothar is out on loan.

Can anyone recommend me a cheap keeper for a default team - it doesn't really need to be young?

^How on earth did he get injured? Never ever have i seen a keeper been injured for the past 10 years of playing pes.
Hansen or Söderberg are quite cheap and maybe you can get one of them on a loan deal. I have both on my team.

My 'keeper got injured too.

Jacobs was out for 3 months (during pre-season), then 1 week before season started Lonergan got injured for 8 weeks.

I had to promote some shitty youth 'keeper to cover as otherwise I'd have had to play an outfield player in goal.

Just signed two younsters from my Youth Team; Sibon(77 overall rating)- Central Forward- 16 years old, 197cm and Ivic(69 overall rating)-Attacking Midfielder-16 years old,191 cm. Imagine this two guys when crosses coming in.

Albin Ekdal. Tried for 3 seasons to sign him, and now i see why. Absolutely amazing in CMF with Rasmus Elm.

Schindlerlin from Southampton is a good RB (can also play LB, LMF and RMF).

He is 78 halfway in the first season

Some striker called Oboyomi.

Needs time to settle in, but in third season he is now rattling in the goals.

Also, if you have the NPower patch, Feeney from Millwall is a good squad player. When he's on his game he can score some crackers too.
