Go to your personal settings, take the shooting controls off Advanced, set it to either basic or manual depending on what you preferred on pes 2013 and it goes away...

P.S. there is literally no difference between advanced and basic in shooting, you can still do all the shot types in basic, I don't know what Konami have done, but since there is a simple fix, I really don't care anymore, happy gaming you lot.
