Mate, never explain yourself! You've gone to the effort to make your converter, you have the experience and knowledge to enable you to do so. If others think they can create better let them!
That's why my converter isn't dished out to the masses, everyone assumes what they expect the answer to be in a converter and when logic defies them they don't like it.
Sorry, but if people know what stats i.e. Speed, a player should have... just put in your game, why even look at someone else's converted stats?

The way I have done it is the 1st position listed should be A & set to the registered position.
Any other positions should be A or B (I haven't worked out how much difference it makes yet).
If a position isn't listed in the stats then it should be set to C.
