I think he's been using all created players for all his teams now so you can copy these guys over anyone.
For instance when I imported it the game tried to get me to put it over Panathinaikos so when I put it over PFC Ryagzhilograd I thought it was going to mess it up.
But lo and behold - nothing happened!

I'm forced to wait anyway though I don't want to, but I truly screwed up my data, I downloaded someone's J League, and another person's Asia/OC/Africa National. I was able to find many of the duplicate players in europe. But after I saw the national team of Japan, and checked for duplicates there were literally hundreds of duplicates from people using different players to edit for all the j league teams, as well as same player different base player for national team. So in some cases there were even triples. Then I was like ok, maybe I can bandaid this up and fix this, But then I thought about all the other asian and african nationalities and how many players per country would probably be somewhere around if not over 1000 sets of doubles or triples. So I'd figure I'd start anew when some new stuff is posted, and in the meanwhile organize my import sets for each continent for the moment that will come in the next few days where will have enough for a fully licensed looking game. And organized to the point where the errors will be small and easy to manage.
One lesson I definitely just learned and hopefully this advice will help people on PS4. When I'll use the option file squad for all the club teams, but national teams I won't be checking the box to apply squad data. I figure, if the player is going to be edited in club, that should apply to my particular data, 1 individual per player ID in game. And through the course of a master league the national teams are going to select its own players anyway.
For players that aren't on club teams that are on national teams i can add them later and it will likely take less time. Than trying to eradicate the dupes and trips.
Just an example. I'm totally making up this name let's say the OF editor of a Liga MX edits a player on team A as Juan Garcia, but the editor of a North America National Teams OF thinks a player on team D is Juan Garcia and he edits that one, and then puts him on the national team. Now you have doubles. Furthermore let's say Konami actually had Juan Garcia already and was in the Free Agents somewhere, but because of the tons of players in there already they didn't see him, and/or he was added by Konami in an update to match current national teams. Then you would have 3 or 4 Player ID's that are supposed to be Juan Garcia. I'm sure this has happened over and over and that's why there's so many duplicates. So, I hope this help at least someone in the future not make my same mistake. :crymore:
