Thanks buddy, I should have one of the Italian squad previews uploaded tonight, depending on what time I get home from work this evening.. ;)
Cannot wait to see your England post 80's squad mate as i think it's going to be a tuff choice especially the centre of midfield when you have the likes of Hoddle, Scholes, Lampard, Gerrard, Robson, Wilkins, Gazza, and Ince to name but a few

Yes it is a hard choice mate... but the 5 that made it are in your list ;)

So before I amend my Germany squad, please answer this best you can... if you had ALL German players pre '80 at your disposal, all at their prime, as if you are taking the squad to the World Cup finals...would you select Kuzorra?

Also, are you saying I should select Kaltz for the Post 1980 squad instead?
Well Kaltz is a diffcult case as his prime startet in the late 1970s but went on during the 1980s. I'd rather put him in the 1980s squad (together with Brehme and Lahm) but you're the creator, so it's your choice ;)
Regarding Kuzorra: spekaing only about pure talent/skills/performances in general, there's no way of excluding Kuzorra. I'd even say that we would have won our first WC in 1934 already if Nerz wouldn't have excluded our best two attackers, Hofmann and Kuzorra ;)

Thanks buddy ;)

Thanks for getting back to me... So I'll keep Kuzorra in the squad then.;)

As for Kaltz, I have Brehme, Lahm and Briegel as my FB's in the Post '80 squad...

I had the same problem with Italy, I want to include Causio and he overlaps the 1980 cut off.. so I put him in the Post '80 as there isn't any room in the Classic squad for him

Hey Rat, quick question mate.

Will you be uploading some of the spare players you have that haven't been fortunate to make your squads?

Hey Rat, quick question mate.

Will you be uploading some of the spare players you have that haven't been fortunate to make your squads?

I may do buddy, but at the moment I am running out of space. The problem is trying to make it compatible with the classic club file. When we made the V1 of that file we used players from the PLA and PAS leagues and therefore I have had to create players to fill slots... if you know what I mean?

I have been asked so many times if this file will be compatible with the V2 of the Classic Club file, so I am going to have to wait till they release their file before I decide what to do with spare players and teams.

Some of the teams are almost impossible for me to complete due to lack of stats that have been created and also a lack of photos of some players, so that may 'free up' some slots.

I'm sure I will come up with an idea of what to do with the 'unfortunate' players that didn't make it ;)

I'm not being rude mate, but you need to be patient. I am doing this on my own.

Once the first 16 Squads are complete and they are uploaded for everyone... I will then begin to finish teams like Poland. But I am not promising that they are the 17th squad on the list, they are in the first 24 planned and that is all I can promise you for now. :)

Ok man ;] I w8 :D

Very different choice, probably it would be the best to add Kaltz to the pre 80's squad then and publish Schwarzenbeck as an extra face then (at least he would deserve it IMO ;) )?
Regarding England Post 80s: I know, that I'm probably annyoing you but there is no way that the most overrated English defender of all time, Rio Ferdinand, deserves a place here while Des Walker isn't in this squad :D
The rest of the team and especially the kit (IMO the best England shirt ever) are great work again :)

Thanks buddy, I love the 1982 kit as well.

TBH I not only think Ferdinand is overrated but also Terry...but that is another story. Both Walker and Sol Campbell were unlucky but I can't pick them all.

I am unfortunately running out of slots for the players so I may have to re-think the file. I may have to get rid of the second squads for the 'big' nations altogether, and then perhaps create 'player packs' for users to download in the future...that way users can place Walker or Lampard in the England squad etc if they prefer

If people want this to be compatible with the classic club file then I will have to do the above I think :(

Thats a shame Ratmundo. Personally, i hope you can find a way of fitting the pre and post teams in as these would be the sides i would be using the most they look great. If it was at the expense of not being compatable with the classic club file, it would be a little sad but i think you should just maximise your file it looks like it will be great as you have it laid out.My opinion only of course ;)

Thank you so much for your words of encouragement matey... but I promise you that when you get to play with the likes of Yugoslavia, Czechoslovakia, Uruguay etc you will love playing with those teams also. ;)

If others are of the same mind as yourself then I will go forward regardless of compatibility ;)

I too would like the classic club and national teams together but your file buddy with the pre & post teams is amazing but it's up to you mate, I would be greedy and want them all, hopefully  The England '82 kit is fantastic, cant wait to use the file :D

Thanks for the feedback buddy.

I really want to keep the Pre and Post squads so hopefully I'll keep them in :)

The England 1982 away kit looks even better in my opinion, I'm very happy with how it turned out ;)
