You can have the tactics on the LiveScore app for Android or iOS. You can also use sofifa.com (there are included also the set piece takers)

Shoes and Wristbands i think Google Image search should help, maybe the Facebook Pages of the teams where there are up to date images of players.

I also discovered in PES 2018 quality loss with S size kits. I imported L size kits as S size in PES 2017 all the time and the most where in superb quality, but in PES 2018 you see pixels everywhere, i don't know what happened here.....
