Sorry, I think I do not understand your question well.
To work you only must execute the excel in the first post, and look for the players or the team you want to modify the stats.

but which file though? and I dont think I have excel 2016 either

The conversion from FM to PES is automatic, and is very difficult to choose automatically the best abilities or special moves to have only 10 or 1.

Choose for yourself the skill that you think is most convenient.

Nice tool! Thanks for that.

Although I have to add that I tested it and extracted all Bundesliga teams from your file to find the majority of all players vastly overrated, with some wondrous exceptions in the other direction (it gives me a 82-rated Robert Lewandowski as a default Second Striker, for example).

It might need a little fine-tuning, but it's handy!

No, sorry.
Maybe when start the World Cup with the National Teams

is it possible with your software to have all the players who are in a team of fm2018 because each time compared to the number of pes 2018 they miss players in your database

Hey mate. What Version of FMRTE do you use? Because I can't extract the CSV files from the latest one.

The last one. v18.3.3 (build 26)
1st select the players you want to extract and then press the export CSV button.
Choose the folder and there will be the .pxml files
These are the needed to import in the tool.

The overall is just a number that no one knows how to get it in the PES.
In the tool I put an average according to my considerations, which do not coincide with those of Konami.
Look at the stats of each player, which better reflects their qualities. ;)

About Lewandowski, if you edit it in the game, it gives you an average of 89.
The position is already corrected for 2019 version.

Thanks for your feedback

Hello everyone!

I've decided to create an FM to PES converter to make the stats of the players more realistic, and that there isn't so much difference between players and teams.

I've tested it with more than 5000 players (both low leagues and top players). It's an automatic process, so if there is a mismatch it is because of the valuation in the FM2018. Don't look too much at the global average, for example the fullbacks seem very overrated but according to their stats they are not.
In my game I have many players changed, and I think it's more realistic for those of us who like the Master League.

It is an Excel file with Macros, and I have only been able to test it with Excel 2016. You have to enable the macros to work.

Its use is very easy:
- You can choose a team and get the stats of your players or
- You can choose a specific player and get their stats.
- Choose where the chosen team folder will be created.
- An image file will be created for each player, inside the folder of his team.
- If a file goes blank, reprint the player (Microsoft's fault).

It has several leagues preloaded with their players, but you can import more players that are not.
- First you have to start a game in Football Manager 2018.
- Open the FMRTE (the free version works), load the game, search the players in the search engine, select all and export them in .csv.
- Then press the Import button in FM2PES and choose the folder where you saved the exported files (It takes approximately 10 minutes for every 500 players).
- If the name of the file contains a special character, a message will appear to change it, otherwise the function does not recognize it.

The program is automatically saved when you close it, so if you have loaded new players, you can print them even if you close the Excel.

If you find a fault, tell me and I will try to solve it.

I hope someone takes advantage of it.

Belgium

Really impressive work mate!
I myself convert FM to PES and have an excel sheet for the same. But its a manual sheet that I have to update player by player. Takes too long.

How can I make make that faster for myself the way you've done it using macros? My formulas remain the same for each player.

Also, I wanted to know what formulas you've used for each stat. Just wanted to compare with mine.

You can message me in the inbox and we can talk about this. Would love that.

And great job again! It looks awesome to me!

Hi wyffy, i've tried and it works perfectly, and it's good like you said if you edit the whole database.
I want to create myself an FM/PES converter too, but with a different system and trying something more adapted to the PES ratings, and also there will be some things to change yourselve because FM isn't trustfull regarding height/weight.

And those parameters will have an impact on my formulas.

It works well with FMRTE exports on your program (i've tried many youngster with my big save).

But i've got a question, how did you manage to open the FMRTE "csv" exports and transform it to stats/numbers for excel?

It's not on ".csv" while you export, but on another unknown format extension (i don't remember the extension name, whatever) so when i open it in excel, it gives me a weird structure (with a thing like << "attribute name" >> <<number (18 for example) >> )

What i wanted is having a format with every stats in separates cases on excel, like a basic csv... But how can i do this?
Or do you have something else to purpose?

Many thanks mate, this system with FMRTE works very well, and i'm astonished of what you've done only with excel
