We know only that Thai League is coming officially with dlc 2.0, but I was wondering is there any other leaks or rumours with new clubs or stadiums (except Monaco’s and Celtic’s), and is there any news that konami will actually re-edit some player overalls (Jarstein 84 is just too high and Josef Martinez 79 is just too low), write your opinions and rumours with reliable sources... tnx

Rangers' Ibrox stadium.
Konami never change the stats of players midseason for a few editions already and I doubt they will this year. So if a players is 65 but he suddenly play as good as Messi this year he will still stay 65 for the entire PES 2019.

Im just hoping they will do a small reduce to few players like Ochoa, he was downgrade to 76 from 79 with no real reason, even in the world cup he was great with 22 saves etc. And Norway gk Jarstein gets 84 overall, come on this doesnt have any sense...

Pes has large community in Thailand and Konami wanted to do something for them and they brought them their league full licensed. Nice gesture...

Yeah, Thai league is awesome. Regarding ratings you are right. I just fix them myself using pesmaster. And if Jarstein plays in Germany, thats no surprise. They overrate the German teams like crazy. Schalke and Bayer (!) 4.5 stars:laugh: and all those mediocre Borussia players rated in the high 70s or even 80... come on.
And then they got teams like DIM and Ind. Santa Fe with 2 srars? Atletico Nacional and Lanus with just 3? :brickwall:

Something is really messed up with their ratings. Maybe people that are making different leagues are not coordinating?. Btw if you install Erzo's OF i think Ochoa gets fixed.

Not true, check about the changelog from PES 2018 dlc 3.0:

http://pesdb.net/pes2018/?page=dlc3-modified-players

They didn't say that they've changed stats, so it's confusing.
Lack of communication, even their gameplay patches aren't detailed.
But it was after the winter transfers. So i don't think about a change for the DLC 2.0

I welcome every new league personnally.

But they really needs to change their data storage system (option file) and brings back 2nd ITA/SPA division for 2020...
It's a priority for me, otherwhise i won't buy it.

ML with Serie A or LaLiga have become far less interesting to play, without promotion/relegation, new teams to check etc...

And i really wanted to make a Foggia campaign this year, but whatever.

On pesfan.it they released an OF with serie B and you can use it for master league, if you are willing to sacrifice the English 2nd divsion. How it works is Serie B replaces the English d2 and Serie A and English premier are swapped places manually. Its not ideal, but it is an option.

Glad to be wrong. I just hope they update the stats regularly like FIFA/NBA 2K did. If not then what's the weekly stats data collection team for? Just for ABCDE live form?

Indeed, southamerican teams are so underrated, it seems like they are randomly created, with no actual strenght or player possibilities, Schalke players gets unbelieveble rating cause of Partnership and that is SO WRONG, Naldo in 35th year of life gets upgrade from 81 to 84, nonsense! I still have little hope that they will do minor rating fix for some players, and really dont know why doesnt they do National teams update during season , cause national teams stays as they are for whole PES, and that is really bad cause we have new players in national teams each new real life game...

Yes, live update doesn't touch stats, because it's linked to the "core database".
The main issue is they can't mods every data like they want, the core data and the live data are like two different data...
Their structure is a bit outdated.

Also, unlike Fifa which doesn't have any fake teams on which we create players, they can't do whatever they want. Re-made a totally new data every week could cause ruckus

I know, but it's more for picking up some players in those divisions (transfers etc) and make them evolve which interest me the most.
Trade between two 2nd division teams etc.

Also, the file is overwriting already existing players in EFL, so you've got the wrong mini-face in gameplan, and there are 22 teams instead of 19.
All thoses little things gives me the sensation of playing with something "forced/pushed"
I don't like that word, but whatever team you re-write to another real IG teams (not PEU/PLA etc.) gives me a feel of amateurish. Even if the work is upper well done, and that you don't have another opportunity to do it.
EFL will stay EFL in the data teams, from ML or whatever.
Also, for playing online it's a bit confusing.
There are even hidden rivalries on the core database for every teams, from a sure reliable source working with the data editors.

For example, you don't even need to made a rivalry between United and City, they're already rivals in the core data.

Didn't know about the rivalries! I know this is far from ideal, i dont like when real team are overwritten either :(
I was thinking to base copy 19 of the teams to PEU slots if i do want to play with Italian clubs. Would you be interested in using that? If so, i will do it. It's too much work if it only benefits me:laugh:

I was going to start a Serie B career in regular league mode, then sim a Serie A season in ML. Then switch the promoted/relegated clubs and start next season. And like that until i get promoted. Then start a full master league in Serie A. This way I still ascend from D2, you know?

Totally! If i was a conspiracy theorist, i would say that this could be a part of a massive campaign by Fifa/Uefa to market European football and turn everything else into a talent factory.
And NT, i wish they would for all of them what they do for Japan - a full player pool for the last year or so. We would have many more prominent players in the game then.

But generally, all what I expect in next data pack is that they fix defense system, I hope they will make it like in Demo version, this is nonsense now, players dont want to run they dont cover space they just spinning around their axis, unbelieveble... does Konami confirm date yet ?
