why you mess up european league, why you dont use fake south america, or asia league?

I didn't mess up Europe league because my plans for MY CLASSIC OF. I will be using fake leagues for other teams. No offense, I made it for my benefit and my plans and shared it with the community. What you think messes it up, works perfect for my plans.
MY CLASSIC OF will be strictly a Classic File...........not one that mixes Normal OF with a Classic OF.
Since 23 man squads, you can easily base copy the players and move them to teams in league you would rather have them on.
I do that every year myself as so many Classic Leagues will be created over the same leagues.

because, you use european slot for 24 nation teams....you mess up english league, you cann play just friendly match, nothing else.....i like OF with presents squads....or actual european club teams and leagues with classic european club teams in fake slots in asia, or south america

and if you make only classic teams, in every league, thats will be great project, but i dont believe it....no offense
Mate, first I never said I will use every league for classic teams. Second, doesn't matter what you believe.
I have a US and UK versions of the game.
On the US version of the game I have regular OF.
On my UK version, I have nothing but classic teams. I am using all available unlicensed teams and leagues.
This is what I am using for my Classic File at this moment under works:
1st Division England 20 teams (Will be worked once all the other teams are completed)
2nd Division England 24 teams (Finished)
PEU 20 teams (in Progress)
Other European Teams 2 teams (Finished)
2nd Division Spanish - 22 teams (Finished)
PLA 20 teams (Finished)
Other Latin America (in Progress)
PAS 20 (Finished)
2 Classic Teams (Finished)
That leaves 1st Division England as last unlicensed league (Serie B is licensed next week).......I have been banking players I have have released from all the other teams I have finished that I can move over to the English First Division so once I have all the other teams completed......I can finish with English First Division.
So yea, like I said, I am working on a strictly Classic OF.

and one technical issue....you have czech legend, you mean czecho-SLOVAKIA.....after 1993, we separated to czech republic and slovakia https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Czechoslovakia_national_football_team

You can play more than friendly matches. You can play World Cups -- included is World Cup logo pack for that purpose.
You state: "i like OF with presents squads....or actual european club teams and leagues with classic european club teams in fake slots in asia, or south america" Thats what YOU LIKE........Then perhaps you should make what YOU LIKE or find one that suits you other than this one. OR you can base copy like I mentioned a couple post above and put to YOUR likings.
I like what I like and I made it where I wanted it. Not going to lie, when I made it, I made it 100% for MY benefit only. Not what anyone else wanted...Just like I made Classic Gillingham FC that is in my Classic UEFA Teams file........My benefit for MY likes. I make for ME and share some of it.
That's why I make most my own Classic files.........I put teams, players, and leagues to my liking together. Or move a League via base copy so I can have where I want.
You can fix that in your version.

until 2019 you could import every team wherever you want, but Konami removed that !!! (I can't even imagine why ?!!)
anyway, mine is 8 classic national team overwriting Asian fake league if you want ... but it is not a complete league ... only 8 teams (actually it will be 9 because I am making Iran national team too, but people rarely care about that and I didn't count it
)
After DataPack 3, I will release a updated version of the 24 Classic National Team OF.
It will include 552 added players to the game as it will make the minimap faces white silhouettes like on the Fake League players as it will send current "Real Players" the classic players were created over to Free Agents.
Will also include updated Licensed legends from DP2 and any from DP3. Will also fix spelling errors.

Don't you fancy a Northern Ireland legend's team?
That would be beast as in best, Whiteside, Armstrong, Gregg, etc etc.
The list is Endless.
Mate, those teams weren't in the 24 Team version to begin with -- Basically I took out Ecuador, Peru, and Switzerland, for the 21 Team Version that installs in Other Latin America.
I personally have a 27 Team Version for Other Latin America but also uses 6 teams from PLA as have 14 Team Classic File in PLA......but also doesn't include your requested teams.
Since the squads are 23 man rosters, you can create over the teams you would rather have.
