Pes 2021 ps4 import export error

Hello guys,
So i yesterday i finally got the pes2021 for my ps4 and for the first time i tried to install a patch so i will got all the kits,logos etc.

So i downloaded the patch ,i insert the usb,open the application,went to the edit menu,hit the export/import option and a message appears saying i have to check that they are no user generated media,i search everywhere for that option and nowhere to be found
and also to check the current settings for sub account management ,i tried everything and i am just so confused.

Also you need to know i dont own a ps plus,if thats the problem.

If you can help,i would really appreciate it,what i should do?

Is the Folder you are importing Named WEPES?

And is it defo a PS4 option file?

Sounds like you do not have internet connected to the PS4. You have to have an internet connection to edit.

Sorry for replying after 2 weeks,but I figured the problem,i needed to complete the latest update,so now everything works fine,tnanks for the reply
