Thanx dude. 100% crystal clear. Let me ask somethin extravangarde now!!! :D

Lets say i have from another user OF, a BvB.ted that comes and imports with BvB_Home.png kit. Let's assume that this team is destined to be imported over Xakoulagos. But i want another team over Xakoulagos.

If i keep the BvB.ted and create a png of another team, lets say a HSV kit, but i name it exaclty as the previous, aka BvB_Home.png and i paste it nearby BvB.ted in the same folder in WEPES/usb. Will i trick the system and it will import me a HSV kit , that it is just another .png file with same name BvB_Home.png, or does it use other hidden certificates for the .png, so having a file with the same name, does not do anything?

I hope it is clear what i am asking. I search the common-link point between the .ted and the .png, in case i can exploit it, to save some time for my self. :) :p

P.S.: I know that what i ask, is possibly ridiculous! :D
Yes, that would work, the only thing that matters really is the file name. If you rename any kit with BvB_Home and put it into the WEPES folder it will import that image when you import the BvB.ted.

Keep in mind though that I still recommend you take a little extra time to rename the file and import it manually, not only for better organization (so you won't confuse any kits if you want to delete or update something in your game, etc.) but mainly because the base colors of the kit actually matter, so it's advisable to configure them properly before applying an image. It actually took me a while to find this out, but:
- The shirt's color is also the color of those "long inner sleeves" (sorry I don't know if that's what they're called) players use during winter, and also the main color on the scoreboards. The color of the first pattern (I think) is the secondary color of the scoreboards.
- The shorts' color is also the color of that "innerwear" players use during winter
- The socks' color is also the color of the ankle tape

So, you probably don't want HSV with yellow/black scoreboards and players using yellow long sleeves during the winter, so I recommend you take the extra time to do those details manually.

Cool , yeah i know this last part about gear/equipment colours. I figured it out by myself the hard way about 3 years ago!! :p

I had a strong arguement with a PC guy, who was importing in 4th created kit spot some kit and he was getting white ankle taping. Created 3rd and 4th kits are alway white by default. While i was explaining him how it works and that i edit kits before image importing , to match colours, he attacked me cause i am a console guy and he a PC guy. I mean he found me uncreditable cause consoles are inferior in moddding terms, in comparison to PC. :) Finally some other guy agreed with me, that that;s how it works and he left me in my peace!! :p :D

Sometimes i like having various gear colour, like yellow ankle tape with blue socks. Although, as far as i read recently, it is prohibited by FIFA, all gear colours must match the kit colours. Or it is allowed same colour, or white, IIRC.....

About the scoreboard pattern, i also myself search about the motif of the colouring. I am also sure that first colour is drained by base colour. For the secondary colour, i usually design the under-default shirt to match the image i import and pray for the best. I usually get a decent combination in the scoreboard.
What i conclude is, some detail in the shirt gives the second colour, IE if i edit BvB 1st kit by myself, i give them base shirt colour yellow and i try to put as much black details as possible. like the diagonal strip, some extra black strips, in order to take that Yellow-Black in the scoreboard.

The good part is , you can still edit the shirt , even after you imported the image. The bad-KONAMish part is, shorts and socks are locked, which is pretty damn stupid. I mean it is pointless, since they leave the shirt unlocked, they could also leave shorts and socks editable.. :)



I will do a fast check on this first patern and see what it gives! :D
What you suggest, seems to make perfect sense. Base colour+1 patern=scoreboard combination colour.

Hahah that's a nice story, I also found about that the hard way, my old PES 2018 exports are probably full of those mistakes, but since PES 2020 I started editing everything the correct way hahah ;)

I also find it stupid to lock shorts and socks when they are needed to have everything correct. I believe the reason why they don't also lock the shirt is that you need to be able to change the collar model.

Having different gear colors can be useful for example to have white ankle tape on classic teams or some more "amateur" teams for example

I believe having only 1 pattern on the shirt is enough to make it the secondary scoreboard color, since that's what I am doing right now in my Liga Portugal 2 OF and it's working, I'm not 100% sure of how it works so I don't know if it picks the color of the 1st one, or the most "repeated" color among all the patterns, or even something else. Now I'm curious, I think I'll do some research about that.

Those I found and I need are Alexander Pato and Éverton. For sure there are others, but those are the first I found fo sure. It has to do with some weird licensing issue Flamengo and Sao Paulo had in the beginning.

So what I noticed by investigating, is that people from day one, that in all DP and LU updates, do not tick the squad and NT boxes changes, have them in game. Something similar to Ansu Fati last year.

What I request is, if a good person here have them in game, to move them and export them in a file. TED, best possibly in a fake other Europe or Other Asian club, like RC Deportivo, CD Aves, Extremadura AR, or Tianjin B.

Unfortunatelly,although i kept a back up of the EDIT.bin from disc version vanilla database, i forgot to take a backup from my second profile, so when i try to inject the EDIT.bin of my first profile, it does not recognize it and since i jumped to digital version, i must do the process, full delete and install from Disc again, then go to second profile, take the backup, then delete again and install the digital version and import the EDIT.

I have an idea to create a patch. But I don't know how to make patches. My idea will help to minimize the number of regen in the Master League, as well as make old players suitable for transfers to their team.

While playing Master League, I noticed that old players have a real face, a surname for the announcer and a lot of skills. But I rarely transfer such players to my team, because their rating decreases.

The idea is to lower the age of all players. For example, 38->34, 33-> 30, 27->25, 20->19.
I can do it myself using Epes.github. But I can't change the statistics there. if I change the age of a 37-year-old player to 34, his rating will become even lower when he turns 37 in the game. I would like to prevent this.

Also I would like to edit legends. I play Master League with legends. But this is illogical due to the age difference. But I would correct the age relatively. For example, Denis Law was born in 1940. I would give him the age of 33. Maldini was born later - he is 28, Messi even later - he is 19. And so on.

Specify, please, if I add size kits 2048x2048, how many teams ( 3 kits - one team, gk. home, away) do I use them for?

He is saying 250 teams to your question about kits at 2048.

I believe it is:

2048 Kits - 300 image slots
1048 kits - 1000 image slots

Don't forget to factor in Manager and Sponsor images.

Oh sorry for my bad message.... I mean KITS, not teams, 250 kits. Approx. of course. I should make it more clear.

This is theoritical but, in my PES 2020 i have around ~980+ kits, all 1024 and i am close to max cap, have still 10~spots IIRC. I assume if i had only kits and not any other images, stadium/manager as @Buckshot said, then that is the maximum capacity, 1000 slots.

Also do not forget from mathematics, 2048x2048 is not two times larger than 1024x1024.
It is four times bigger cause it is square footage, it is length x width.

So in order to convert 1024x1024 to 2048x2048 you do not mutliply x2 but x(2^2), aka x4. But still i think the formula is not IE 1000 SD kits or 250 HD kits, but maybe 1000 SD kits or 300 HD kits, especially when you do not have other images. Cause if we take the max/mix analogy, where it can't fit 1 HD kit or 4 SD kits, it can still fit 3 SD kits!

SD kits = 1024x1024
HD kits = 2048x2048

And just the maths:
2048 x 2048 = 4,194,304
1024 x 1024 = 1,048,576

4,194,304 / 1,048,576 = 4

hello can anyone make ISL 20/21 (indian super league) option file? PC version is available made by snowborken can anyone make it work for PS4?. i think last season ggdaris converted it for PS4 is he here in the forums?.
