Deleting Live Update Data

Has anyone deleted the Live Update Data from Option Menu's with your OF? If so, what did it actually do. Reason I ask is because I had nothing but issues with DP 6 and DP 7 on my classic file. After DLC 7, I installed my classic file on a fresh EDIT Data and System file without even doing a Live Update. Only Live Updates done through it were the weekly forced Live Updates.

I know on a vanilla set up with no Option File installed, it reverts player appearances. Like Neymar's Tattoo's this week are gone. Was just wondering if it was only costmetics that is effected.

Last year in PES2020, when I tried to cure the Live update flag bug, that transformed every player to added via LU, when I tried to delete from this menu you show in the screens hot, nothing specific happened.

I did not do a full quality check, but everything was the same, plus the bug which was caused by LU was still there.

As the PES database is pretty much as it was built by LEGO blocks, or like a VHS tape. If you don't record something new, the old is not erased!!!

By this I mean I assume, in order to work, a new Update must take place, a DataPack one maybe, so if you are in DP 5 and you delete LU, then DataPack 6 comes and creates a new updated database, without LU.

But since we don't have other DataPacks ahead, I don't know how it could work.

Of course all those are in theory, none is sure how it actually works.
