Have you found the cause/fix for this? I've made a lot of changes to my OF and to lose it all would be a real pain. I've even gone so far as to backup and reformat my PS3 but to no avail.

Has anyone else come across this issue? When transferring players to different squads or registering players to the national squad, the game freezes. It's strange in that it happens every time on the same players/squads.
