In terms of Physics FIFA is superior in every aspect, an altered PS2 engine isn't going to beat an engine built with the full intention of taking advantage of current consoles technology. Are you serious, they took this feature out after PES 2008 and even if they did try to replicate it it doesn't work properly because players just seem to trip up over nothing when a stronger player jostles with them. If you play Fifa you'll see how it should work they've managed to implement it...

I have done sprint tests of the fastest and slowest players in the game over the length of the whole pitch. I don't see any difference everyone dribbles in exactly the same way and in a dead straight line... completely unrealistic. In Fifa each touch of the ball takes it in a slightly different direction like in real life. PES Feels rigid.

No, its pretty stupid. Yes it makes you focus on passing your way past the opposition but thats the only way you can get past the opposition. You can't burst through open gaps or play a through ball and exploit a defenders bad positioning because everyone is the same speed and it ruins the game...
