I don't get online with my 360 so Ive never updated it. Thats the thing though, MS can't even tell me what I can do to reduce the likelihood of it happening again. I asked them if it was an overheating problem, or if I was somehow misusing the 360 ie instead of turning it off, I leave it on...

Its shit isn't it. PS3 or 360 ... Doesn't really matter, both will come with faults. At the end of the day it's us, the customer who loses out. Maybe I should develop an online gambling problem. Probably a better way to spend my money ...
