    Don't know mate but to be honest I would have thought you could install all the updates up to 2.0 including the datapacks and just ignore 2.2 as you are not planning on playing online. Viper 12 would probably have a better idea ask him on his Facebook page.

    View the files on your USB on a pc you should see the content folder then go Content/0000000000000000/4B4E0861/00000001/ You should see the Dpfile list file as well as viper 1 2 3 4 etc just delete the dplist and copy the new one into the same folder .
