Yeah if you do the Advanced Search but don’t set any filters, just get it to display all players. Then Sort by Club - depending on how you do it you’ll get all the unattached players at the top or the bottom of the list.

You just need to Edit one of the existing (fictional) clubs. You can’t create new from scratch.
