No, you can't. Same with tournaments. If you play for points your best bet is to play on normal lounges and see people's connection and rating. Anyway, you can check the quick match options to play only against people on your zone.

I only play PES Club Open competitions, there are much more variety of club teams (but of course you'll see a lot of Barça-Real).

Juve is ok BUT the most important thing is to know HOW to configure your team and play with them. I could say the same about Arsenal, Valencia, etc. Skill > all

You install the game: you type the serial (It won't allow to continue but shit may happen). You connect to online: you type your konami-id and password (correct me if I'm wrong). And no, Konami doesn't ask you for any serial when registering any account.

My best advice is: create another konami account and try again.

As above said, double mark the opponent's key player and pay attention and don't rush to steal the ball or he will get past you. Also, build your attack without rushing. I play with Arsenal and now I'm proud to say I win most of the Real-Barça lamers. But I still have problems against...

Just a quick question about online tournaments: Do players from one match to another acumulate fatigue? I mean, If a player ends with red stamina, will be he "tired" for the next match? Thanks

Online: - Ranked match: able to pick your team before match AND an option enable "team match" (ie: to avoid big teams if you are playing with med or low teams, etc). - Disconnection: always save the last result before disconnection or, at least, save score after first half is finished...

They are needed only if you play online. If not, I recommend to use custom patches.
