Not sure if there's another way to do it but I got to the edit menu on title screen and edit one of the default teams, usually we united in PES Div 2. After you've given the team some new threads etc your gonna have to restart MLO as that team. Hope that helps mate.

I play Inler DM (77/78) and Fletcher CM (78), both £3m each. Cant fault either of them, Inler just gets the job done in DM and Fletcher's popped up with 12 goals in 65 games too.

For anyone starting out and using WF's I would recommend Hadji, only £1.5 m on the Xbox and stats of 73 or 74 i think for RWF. He can also play SS, RMF, CM and AM but only has stats of 68. He's fairly quick, got the odd trick up his sleeve can shoot fairly well and can head well.
