This could be adopted, together the black list, and choose the oponent. It is a great idea. I' ll put a list that i have with diferent names of cheaters.it's becoming impossible to play MLO with D1 and D2 players.

Hi, To stop these cheaters, konami should enable a black list block. When we put someone in this black list, this players is blocked to play with the player that blocked him. I think that this is simple to solve, once if everybody block cheaters, they won't play more. Thanks.
