Yes, PES 2009 is way better then 6 but when it came out PES6 was a real revelation. That can hardly be said for 2009.

Best so far but KONAMI could have done a whole lot better. PES6 was the game to left it's mark in the series. PES 2009 most likely won't top that.

PES Champions League turned out to be nothing more then a good advertising (with all the missing teams and all...). Only thing true to the original CL is it's visual identity, the rest is as good as edited cup/ league name. KONAMI dissapoints me second year in a row with it's lack of vision...

PES 2009 still has upper hand in terms of addicive gameplay but it's the lack of it's new options that will probably put FIFA ahead in years to come. Failures like PES Champions League must not happen ever again! FIFA also has a nicer presentation though, due to that fact, menus are sometimes slow.
