wikipedia are listing all europena competition teams from England, Germany, Spain and France as licensed teams, is this correct or just rumour?

surely with the Champions League License you would think they would get the licenses for all the teams in the CL.

maybe football games could benefit from sharing the licenses and alternating between years. So PES one year FIFA the next, so there is a game each year and they get some time to develop and test.
