    Just load the game up using your second account, edit something. I imported one club. Then PES will recognise that the account has edited data on. After that, just use your normal account to do your editing, and voila. It works.

    Solved it. As long as the secondary account you're using has at least one bit of edited data, it will keep them. I just imported one team on one account and then the whole lot on my main account and it works fine.
