    I kinda make my own patch, taking bits from here, there and everywhere. Currently I'm using watsons v3 option with kitserver, custom ballserver, stadium server etc and then occasionally switching to a bit of Championship Patch :)

    Search for stuff about unnamed_783.bin, you'll find it somewhere. It's a file you need to import into your 0_text.afs, then change the kits model number to 1.

    It is possible, in Leo's Legends Patch thread I asked a similar question and found that there is a program called Folder Changer (or something) that allows you to run two PES5s. Have a search around for it, there is also an indepth video tutorial available for it.
