you need to open up the 0_text.afs file and the very first files are the ball models and textures. just import the correct bmp over the ball you want to edit. make sure you import over the correct model though. just look at the bmp your replacing and make sure the texture shapes are the same as...

if you have downloaded the whole file through a bit torrent client, you will see that you have a few "rar" files. these need to be "un-rar-ed" using winrar. the rar files are just reefurs ppf file in a compressed format. hope this helps.
