I convert some faces with tattoos from pc to xbox 360,but I only see them in the neck, I can't see them arms, does anyone know how to do it? Original console not modified

I'm updating pes 2014 to the 2019 season, I saw a tutorial where it explains how to convert the ps4 kits to use them on the ps4 but how do I then insert them into the xbox 360? does anyone know of another method to be able to insert kits?
