I've noticed this in past PES games and thought that it was just me!! Can't say I've noticed it yet this time but then I have used ROSH's edit data rather than WENBs. I'm glad somebody else has finally posted about it though!!

Yeah I'd be really interested in the chants packs!! Just a quick question, where are you getting the chants in the first place? Are there obvious sites to get them on as I haven't been able to find any myself?

Yeah the lack of commentary sucks but the game play is superb. Reminds me of the hayday quality of the PS2 versions hence my question!

I bought the PSP version the other day of PES09 and was suitably impressed by it and wondered if the PS2 version plays and handles in a similar way. I bought the 360 version but didn't like it at all.

Try taking it to GAME or Gamestation. Not sure if its changed too much over the years but when I worked there we would have taken it back. (If we were having a good day!! :))

Still don't understand why Konami have done this on the PS3 version when they haven't on the 360. When I traded my PS3 and Pro evo to get an Xbox and pro evo I made sure i wrote the password on the back with the activation code. You obviously didn't buy my pre owned copy! :(

I find that shadowing the winger is the best method down to the edge of the box and then using the R2 (PS3)/ Right trigger(xbox 360) to face your opponent and literally let your defender do the rest. If they get the cross in then use the L1 button to select the next defender and use R2 again...

Special is perhaps an opportune word for this guy! :)

Wicked! I missed this thread but I'm so glad someone replied so that I could see it. Its been doing my head in for ages as well. I can finally stop my stupid defenders running in odd directions with my formation setup!

I think I have one of the harder fixtures!!! Hopefully, they'll struggle as their real life counterparts! Won't be able to play until the end of this week as I'm working away but will get it done by the weekend.
