Even after you buy 6*, you won't be able to change to 6 stars. Your formation is good, Especially against CPU. However, it is a different ball game when you try it against a human opponent. A lot of free space in the back that can be used easily by a good player.

Oooold news! It works 1 out of 10 times, and you need a player with free acuaracy stats over 90. I still try it every now an then, but NOT when I am down and need the ball desperately to score.
