Well I've never really found myself using much magic, the odd restoration or spell your character automaticly gets at the start of the game.

My blade skill isn't going anywhere because I just use the bow all the time, I don't know if I like being an assassin / thief though. The game looks best if you be a knight or something as you can just hack anything to pieces with ease.
