I use to have the same problem as you, I use to score a lot of goals but that's because the speed of the game was faster than it should, when I changed it to -1, it became so much better. Trust me it's worth it.

Video doesn't work. What speed are you in? You playing on PC or Ps4. For me it's not that bad, to me the difficulty isn't consistent, there will be times it's difficult and other times it's easy. Try playing against big teams.
