For any of the NTSC users does your master league work?

OK im from the US and im using the ntsc version of bolloxmasta patch,everything is working.I have all the kits,emblems,boots etc. but the only problem i have is when i try to do master league or any cup it just stays at the menu screen.for example,on master league when i click use exhibition...

the files i added are.. cs0d cv0a cv01 cv02 cv05 cv06 cv09 rv0c_m rv0c_u

i never had an option file and i did clear the cache

i downloaded the patch and put it in the iso and i have everything except for the EPL and La Liga unliscened team kits...help please
