Is it possible to import referee kits on PS3/4 or not?

When you create a team on PS3 including all the players, do you have to built the face from the same standard one each time or can you choose between a couple of preset faces (like in PES6)? Because if you start from the same standard face, doesn't every face look exactly the same?

Thanks for the advice! I will not use 'multiply' anymore for the final result, so I guess that will solve the black edges. I'm afraid the sponsor on the back really is that big, but I see it has to be a lot higher. The image was resized by the host were I uploaded it, I will make sure...
