what is your gamespeed set at ? it has to 0 I think on BAL otherwise it spazzes out. I put mine onto +1 and normal mode worked fine, but BAL was doing what you descirbed until I changed it back to 0

I've always done that with Football games, from the my first game on any PES or FIFA I have started off at the highest difficulty setting. Just the way I am, FIFA and PES are should not be judged until they have been played at max difficulty.
