I don't think you can mate, I had to copy them all over individually (every face, every kit).
It doesn't take as long as you'd think, probably only 10 minutes in actually time.
Thanks for the advice but I think my USB stick was okay, I formatted it on the PC then followed the instructions another guy told me to get the files to show up on the PS3.
I'm still having problems though (see above) - grrrrrr!

I managed to access the files but there were hundreds of them, do you really need to copy them all one by one? (it must take ages if you do).
I turned the game on and tried to load the option file but it told me it wouldn't work because they were from another...
