try PESEdit.com 2011 patch, think it's now already into version 2.3, it has all the major leagues including Bundersliga and 2nd tier leagues such as Championship, Segunda, Ligue 2 etc. it works for me perfectly.

thanks sammy for this spiffy update. it's not the same playing PES without your fabulous OF. i couldn't wait to start a new ML with the winter roster updates so i opted to get this OF now instead of waiting for your newer version to accommodate the 1.06 DLC.

Level 1 scout will only get you "-" in the player's stats no matter how long you wait. You'll only get the player's average rating, and some general comments from the scout. If the scout says there's a almost zero possibility of the player joining your team, you can forget about pursuing him...

Thanks for the efforts you put into this OF. It certainly made PES 2010 more enjoyable. However, there needs to be more tweaks to be made. I found a few duplicate players in the OF, such as the Hamsik found in the Slovakia int'l team and Napoli have the same stats but different faces. And also...

I've just copied the 1.20 OF and on first look, everything is fine except for a couple things. PES United has been replaced with Bayern Munich, but WE United is still the same as it is. Werder Bremen is nowhere in the game. Fellaini is also not in the Everton team.
