I know there are new Championship Patches availible for PES 2009, just google them since I have no idea where they are myself.
I haven't returned to UK (where my PC and PES2009 are) for a long while now so I'm really outdated in the PES2009 community.
I remember robablade said he has created a Champ patch, he usually uploads them to evo-web, check that site but you'd have to sign up.
