sorry to hear MuffMan. By far the most complete OF editor, loved the '09 edition...lucky for me i've bought another 2 games which i can complete in the meantime. won't start playin PES2010 without your OF mate :)

make sure you have put the folders names up correctly, and when putting them on a usb stick the 2 folders need to be visible, not within a OF folder

KONAMI will be releasing an update which should include January transfers and other minor tweaks...date hasn't been confirmed i don't think, but should be with us around end of Feb just thought i'd point it out to those who didn't know, as Muff may have to edit all his data to make it...

the only reason why it becomes tedious/boring is because of people who don't bother reading previous posts and ask the same questions over and over...and thats mainly what this whole thread is! this thread should be less than half it's length as there is enough info on how to get everything...

if you read previous posts i have explained this exact point various times. you don't 'ignore' any message...the automated update that happens before the game starts is NOT the konami update! this updates in-game features such as the DOWNLOAD option that appears in the PES menu...you must then...

this has been covered many times. please read back as i believe only 1/2 pages ago this specific problem was answered by myself and a few others including Muff himself. my specific quote is on pg 107, so not too far back:

i think that's how it is mate, only chants for the home team sounds like you haven't got the right folder names when copying them over...if you have then you might not be copying the files to the correct place. check you have the correct folder names.

the automatic update that happens before the game starts up is NOT the konami update. this updates the in-game features (i.e. installs the download option in the menu). you have to go to system settings > donload > here it will tell you if there's an update available.

you can only update if connected to the net unfortunately. if you're not connected download v1.03 which is compatible with the previous versions of the game. try starting from scratch. upload the VON files again, start the game, go to download and get the patch but DO NOT SAVE when it asks...

make sure you are running the konami patch 1.20. to check this go to download in the system settings within PES menu. (if this is the case then read previous posts about what to do when downloading the patch) if not the case then make sure you're copying the files to the saved data utility on...

i'll save Muff some time and finger action...i just wish people would take some time to flick through the thread... when creating the playlist in the ps3 menu you must make sure there is NO SPACE AT THE END. When you press enter it automatically puts the space in, this MUST BE DELETED...

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR ALL NEWCOMERS can people make sure they read through the thread...not just the first and last pages! you'll find that your question has been asked before instead of getting repetition across the whole thread. it is frustrating somewhat

all i can suggest is that you upload the OF onto the PS3 again... it's in the PES menu...go to download and once it installs it will ask if you want to save it. this is where you say no if you already have v1.04 on the PS3

the only reason why it would say this is if the konami update isn't installed...try going to download in the PES menu and download if it asks you to option file 1.04 is the one you want by the way as it is the only compatible one at the moment

yes should work...or just download the konami update and don't install (as explained before)

when pressing enter upon creating the playlist a space is placed at the end, make sure you delete this. problem should be sorted.

the new OF won't work without the konami update which some people forget to download
