PES2009 US OF for PS2 works!!!!! I finally got it to work. There's a little tweak you have to do first but it was worth it..... the file is awesome!

Try uncrushing it to the memory card using the maxdrive software. I haven't tried it, but I was told that through the game features for psp-ps2 conversion you might be able to convert it.
