You have a problem with you USB ports, I had this prob okay, go to the START menu and click on CONTROL PANEL in there double click SYSTEM when a panel will appears click on HARDWARE at the top and then click DIVICE MANAGER and window will open and click Ports(COM & LPT) in there it will show...
