If I understand you, you get an error when you start the game about some DLL missing. Then install latest version of DirectX or download that DLL. Some are in, but not all. We are preparing an update that will have more new kits.

Well link is fine, just tryed it with opera and firefox. But if you have downloaded the patch you don't need this then. About Sweden and rest of original national teams, we took them from Evo-Patch, we only worked on new teams (over 150 new teams and over 3000 new players).

You can but I think that would be stupid. That is why this patch is a stand alone, so you can have some other patch with clubs to play Master League. But if you want to play it just for fun feel free to do it.

I think that the name of the patch is the best answer to your question. Of course it includes Malaysia, in includes all FIFA members.

Yes, all club teams are replaced. But this is a stand alone patch, you get new exe file and new save file so it won't mess your normal club version of PES2008.
