I checked the ML, it seemed that the editor program I used to create this OF affected the ML data. I will try to fix the problem for you but it will take some time. Meanwhile you can still load & play your previously saved ML data.

Adding a new league (Bundsliga) to the OF indeed affects the ML. and this OF is mainly dedicated for leagues & Clubs, anyway I will try to check this ML.
