I would like to see lower divisions of all the leagues featured in the game. I enjoy the promotion/relegation aspect of football. To bring up a club from Serie B to Serie A for example would be nice. It would also increase the player database immensely. It certainly would add to the realism.

Yes, the PS3 is not region locked. You could play the Japanese version if you wanted to. It's only the downloads that are region specific. So, with a EU version of the game the downloadable content from there will work.
