It sounds like you have not unlocked any classic/hidden players that the 2 teams you mentioned use. if you need to unlock classic hidden players try this site, it has all the save files you need to unlock the players by just playing the final/final game...

I have unlocked all players and renamed them correctly. I use the Von Option file and if people want i can post my edit data file so you can use that with all the players named correctly when you unlock them.

Hi they are listed in the order they appear on the game menu e.g first team = arsenal etc.
