how many player stats did u change for the normal/untweaked gameplay option? was it a mass change or only those players that u created? hopefully u can release a completely unchanged stats version. anyway did u update player apperances too?

do u have a version of ur file with unchanged stats, meaning default konami stats mate?

a64 3000+ and 9600pro. am changing to x1950pro this coming weekend and doing a clean reformat. shld solve the problem but the main thing thats bothering me still is the gamespeed.

seems like just another bug in the great game. poor gameplay speed. freaking not constant at all. disappointing saving bugs. wth is wrong with seabass. u created a flawless pes5 and pes6. wtf is wrong with u these days? and u had the cheek to create a pes to be almost identical to fifa's engine...

i feel the game's really great this year but there are just far too many important bugs such as gamespeed. and i know for sure im not the only one encountering this weird problem. its just not constant, and not in a positive way.

anyone else noticed this? but when i play against the computer, most matches its just nice and slow. only in competitive games its really fast and rough. maybe its just supposed to be like this.

its like every player is fast. and the faster players such as robinho becomes twice as fast.

theres a game speed setting within the game? where?

Has anyone realised the above? The game speed seemingly gets alot faster when ur playing against another person on a controller offline. and im still on v1.1. My settings are 1280*1024 (on a 17" screen, frame skipping ticked and v-sync always on at ATI control panel.)

does anyone else really feel the gameplay speed has increased after this update? im still contemplating whether or not to download this. i wouldnt want a gameplay speed increase.

kowalski thx for ur option file but will u have time to update the EPL first-team squads and formations based on current injury/form status? for example bendter in first-team. and one more thing, rafael's haircut isnt like that in real-life, afro style. still great work on the file!

theres no way it seems to be slower than pes6 in my case. i guess it all depends on the different systems on which we're playing the game on.

i agree that the pace of every match in pes09 is different. ive said it before and i'll say it again. its a great game. worthy of a place up there with the big old boys pes5 and pes6.

it makes me wonder whether my pc's the one causing it to run fast and its driving me mad. i think its a great game though.

i have the same problem. try saving it in windowed mode. im sure it'll work.

Do all of you guys feel the same too? What's with the decreased game speed revealed in previews leading up to the release of the game? I personally it runs slightly faster than even PES6. Dunt even mention PES2008 please.

that seems like a risky thing to do the cleanboot thing. gna do a reformat soon anyway. been some time anyway. just hope the saving thing clears up by then.

possible to do the manual pass using keyboard? some sort of configuration or smtg? im really more of a keyboard kinda guy.

never really tried it. but is it actually possible to decide how much power to put into the manual pass? does the power bar appear?
