i don't think you can. That update comes with the PES 2009 disc, so it can't be found online. Maybe you can find it online, but its highly unlikely

No, just PES 2009. It only started to crash a few days ago, as i went on master league for the first time then as i was doing the spanish and english leagues first. Only master league at the moment is crashing, and sometimes at the edit data menu of the game.
