wheni start the game getting directx error, but have copied the directx fix to system 32 dir. this is a different directx file d3dx9_43.dll i am looking into it know sorted it, just downloaded june2010 directx!

right click on the manager.exe select properties then click the compatability tab and selct xp. just a thought as vista is a pain in the ass for games!

just a thought but maybe try changing the manager.exe to xp compatibilty.
