When you're using a boot disc like swap magic(cd or dvd) to play japanese games?

Meaning can i have the image file of the game then add a patch to it within Alcohol 120% then proceed to burn?

So that it's playable on any PS2? Something that i could add on to the game and patch so that i don't have to contiually swap? A disc that loads up with it's own boot sector i suppose? kinda like having cdloader and swap magic already on the backup?
