Players tend to develop more when at your own club than anywhere else. I at least havent had any players sent out succesfully on a loan.

I saved the week before new players spawned, that is just before the transferwindow opens, but in 10 reloads I got the exact same players with minimum difference in skill. Is there a certain week which is optimal for reloading?
